The strategies are unique in
drawing on extensive research into positive psychology, the science of
happiness together with the presenters' personal experiences of recovery
from depression. The CD is the result of two years' research and condenses what is known about increasing happiness into 12 easy-to-follow strategies. Each strategy lasts about five minutes. It's recommended that you listen to the whole CD and then practise one or two strategies at a time.
